Contact
PDF Word Converter is operated by the person or organisation that installed this copy. There is no public mailbox built into the software. Reach that operator through the channel they gave you (for example the administrator of this computer or your internal IT contact).
Legal and privacy
For Terms, privacy rights, cookie questions, or copyright notices, include your name, how to reply, and a clear description of the request. Copyright notices should follow the checklist on the Copyright page.
Abuse and security
If you believe Unlock is being misused, or the Service is under attack, tell the operator as soon as you can. Include times, IP addresses if you have them, and what you observed.
Tools not finishing
If a Job stays queued, the worker is probably not running. Start start-worker.bat (or start-all.bat) on the machine that hosts PDF Word Converter, then try again.
